Beausite Zermatt

Stayed 2 nights in this gem of a hotel. The views of the Matterhorn from our balcony were awe-inspiring, but the actual hotel and it's super efficient and friendly staff, locality, and facilities made this a place I would love to return to. Great job, everyone - the premium standard has not only been met but well exceeded.

Fantastic well managed hotel with attention to detail on everything. This was our third visit here and the hotel has recently been refurbished to their usual high standard. We opted for a spacious corner room with views of the Matterhorn and were not disappointed, worth every penny. All the little things make this hotel head and shoulders over any other hotel - dressing gowns/slippers, L'occitane soap/shampoo/beauty products and free soft drinks in fridge, replenished daily, TV easy to navigate, comfy enormous bed, free fruit to pick up daily. Breakfast has extensive choices and thoroughly recommend the bircher and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Our weather was changeable but hotel umbrellas were of a high standard and plentiful. Staff were all courteous, discreet, attentive and efficient and the real jewel in the crown for this hotel. The infinity pool and spa looked amazing also though we did not use. Overall a wonderful week's stay. Well done Beausite on another fantastic experience. Cannot think of any area of improvement.

At the last minute we switched gears. We were leaving Milan for Lore Valley and decided to head some place cooler. This was end of June. We could not have been happier for the cooler temps, but we were beside ourselves thrilled with our 5 night stay at BEAUSiTE Zermatt. It. Was. Perfect!
