Spacious room, kitchenware and washer available, but there is a really bad smell if you use the dryer function. The swimming pool is great, but it is usually quite crowded.
The room is spacious and comfortable. There is a kitchen, oven, and washing machine. However, the washing machine in the room I stayed in must have been broken because it was very loud and did not dry the clothes. There was also no iron in the room.
This hotel offers absolutely no service and is extremely basic. The price on Ctrip is shockingly high with zero value for money. The lobby had no staff assistance—not even a basic polite greeting—making it feel like a cheap motel. The elevator in the public area lacked air conditioning, which was highly uncomfortable. The room didn’t even provide basic drinking water. The breakfast was disappointingly limited, yet its cost did not reflect the poor quality. The swimming pool facilities were far below what you’d expect at this price point. Staff members were unfriendly. Overall, my first day in Okinawa was completely ruined. **Avoid at all costs!**
