We just finished a 4 night stay here. The lovely owners gave us all the information we needed and were so friendly and accommodating! They had our number and we could text them whenever we needed anything (they helped us with taxis and sent us links on WhatsApp of things we could do and see in Naples).The bed was also very comfortable and the room was reasonably spacious and had everything we needed. Location was also great, in a nice part of Naples in Chiaia, which is near the coast and some lovely restaurants. However, the shower was temperamental, it was due to a boiler issue. It wasn’t impossible to have a hot shower, it just couldn’t be for too long which isn’t ideal when there’s 2 people sharing it. Also, a full length mirror would have been useful in the bedroom, but this is just a personal preference. Overall, a great stay and we’d definitely stay again!

My experience at BeBaSu was simply disastrous. I absolutely do not recommend it. Upon my arrival, no one opened the door for me, despite my arrival time being announced several days in advance. I waited for hours. This is not a hotel, but an apartment with several rooms managed by different owners, and there was no key box in place. The surveillance of comings and goings is disturbing, with omnipresent cameras that make you feel constantly watched. I even doubted my safety in my own room, which prevented me from sleeping all night. At 2 AM, I received aggressive WhatsApp messages. Without any response from me, the owner barged in, furious, and kicked down the door, demanding that I pay more just because I had let a friend in 30 minutes earlier. I felt as if he was trying to extort money from me, suggesting that if I didn’t pay, I would have to sleep outside, even though my night was already paid for. This completely ruined my stay in Naples: zero hours of sleep and a massive anxiety attack. He even canceled my reservation several hours after my departure to prevent me from posting a review. I strongly discourage anyone from staying here, especially women traveling alone. Please take precautions and avoid this accommodation at all costs!

Run, run away... The owner is very aggressive with abusive behavior. No freedom, you're watched by cameras, and I even suspect there are cameras in the rooms. Please look at the balcony. No way to leave luggage. Check-in is by appointment, it's just unbelievable. The rooms are also very poorly insulated.
