Becamex Hotel New City

Good hotel, clean, quiet, and service is really good. Unfortunately they don’t consider Muslim guests so no Halal food at all in their menu. I had to go out every night to take dinner in close restaurant.

It is what it is....it's outside city and maybe the "nicest" hotel in area. This is a 3-star hotel - not 4-star. We got apartment kinda rooms and not sure if there is hotel style rooms? Love the new mall and they need a hotel nearby that matches that quality.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Becamex Hotel, which does not feel like a four-star hotel at all. Upon check-in, we were given a room key but not informed of the room number. We tried to find the room based on the number on the key but couldn't get in. After calling the front desk and informing them of our room number (A719), they assured us someone would come to help, but no one told us that A719 was incorrect and the correct room should have been A714. They just kept telling us to wait, but 20 minutes passed, and no one showed up. The staff insisted that in Vietnam, a "4" looks like what I thought was a "9," but never clarified this earlier. Their dismissive attitude, as if it was entirely our mistake, was extremely frustrating. I was also very disappointed with the service attitude of both the hotel staff and management. They were unable to address guest needs promptly, and their handling of the situation lacked sincerity. Their unprofessional approach and attitude made me feel disrespected. This whole experience was very unpleasant, and I will never stay at this hotel again. By far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
