Bedrock Hotel

I recently stayed at Bedrock Hotel, and I must say it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is located in a prime area of Kuta, making it convenient to explore the surroundings. The stay was extremely comfortable and cool, and the hospitality of the staff was exceptional — always welcoming and ready to help with a smile. One of the highlights for me was the food. Both breakfast and dinner were delightful, offering a good mix of continental options and local Balinese cuisine. Every meal was fresh and flavorful, making dining here a real treat. If you’re up for a short walk, you’ll find plenty of street food options nearby, which adds to the charm of staying in this location. The only downside is the swimming pool, which is quite small and mainly suitable for kids. If you’re expecting a large or adult-friendly pool, you might be a bit disappointed. Overall, Bedrock Hotel offers great value with its location, comfort, service, and food. Would definitely recommend it for families and travelers looking to explore Kuta.

Don’t book! Don’t be fooled! We feel ripped off by this hotel. We booked this hotel because the pictures looked really nice, but didn’t take the reviews seriously. As soon as we walked inside the room, it smelled strongly of cigar, they then changed us to another room which had a terrible stench too. Non of the bathroom towels were clean, the extra blanket I asked for my son smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. We had to ask for the bed linen to be changed again. The fridge didn’t work. The room was very dirty.

The first day, the staff were nice and welcoming. The room smelt of mould, the towels and bed sheet was dirty. We didn't say anything due to a flight the next day but they charged us for these. I felt like the hotel was a scam, would NEVER stay here again!!!! We had to pay 900k
