Staying for a wedding nearby. Rooms were very clean and tidy, staff are friendly and professional. Good location to nearby shops & food, thank you for a great stay.

I can’t believe the experience I had with this hotel I’m shocked, I had called and booked a room for a stay of 1 night, coming with my family and kids. I had let her know I would be there in 3 hours she said it was fine and she will see me then, I arrived at the hotel 3h and 6 minutes later she had told me in a rude, loud tone I cancelled your booking we had asked why she had said you where late I had then said to her we are just 6 minutes late why didn’t you call us to check and then she had said it’s not my business someone else has now booked the room we where shocked but then asked if there where any other rooms available she then told us to get out again shocked we proceeded to the car which was parked in front of the lobby door, she stuck her middle finger at us and called us terrorised. Mind you I’m an Australian woman, with my husband that is of middle eastern decent with our kids beside us . I’m horrified we came here for a nice family holiday :’(

Staff are housekeeping are rude and arrogant. I got home from the shops and caught the housekeeper in my room even though I had a do not disturb sign on the door. I still have no clue what she was doing in there because the room was not cleaned. 😮🙁
