The location is perfect, since in Israel there's lack of transport on Friday night and Saturday this hotel is practically walking distance to the city center and the beach. I was staying in the deluxe studio and the room was very comfortable, curtains 100% makes sure you can sleep in till noon without disturbance, the jacuzzi on the terrace was lit and very cool to have hangouts with friends. Definitely recommend

Hotel location is really good. Rooms are somewhat clean but some bathroom items were broken and walls have not finished to be painted completely. Staff is not knowledgeable on quite a few things to do and to see. One member of staff in particular was simply not helpful at all. WiFi is free, free 24hrs coffee and tea.

My friend and I decided to split - I will do the check in and she will go out to a bar. At the check in, I discovered a flood in the bathroom. I went to the receptionist and he came back with me to the room. His words were “I’m sorry it is like this but I’m afraid we don’t have another room for you. I can wipe it or you can do it yourself”. I was shocked from this that he even offer that I will clean it (I don’t know a hotel where you pay for the service and you need to work for them...). It was agreed that the receptionist will leave a key at the safety box for my friend who was supposed to come back later that evening (because the receptionist is working only until 11pm). Around 3am I woke up because a stranger opened the door of our room and came in (!!!). I was shocked and very scared! This stranger apologized and explained he got the wrong room and that he took the key from the safety box. After he left, I heard he did the same time another room in our floor. Needless to say I felt safe after this incident. I don’t understand how could it be that a guest who’s doing a late check in, doesn’t know his room number and is taking other guests keys from the safety box??? Before the checkout (which is until 11am), the cleaning lady knocked on our door at 10:45 and asked when are we leaving the room. At the checkout, the receptionist welcomed us with “yes, what do you need?” Ok, give me the keys. Bye bye”. And this is even before we had the chance to say anything. In addition, the walls are so thin so you can hear EVERYTHING from the other rooms and the corridor. The bed is not comfortable and small. The room and the shower were not clean. The heating did not work at all and there was no option to contact anyone because after 11pm there is no staff in the hotel. I wouldn’t call it a hotel - it’s a rat guest house!!! I will never ever come back there and I advice you all to stay away from it!!!
