We've spent a very relaxing holiday at Begeti Bay Hotel. The place is absolutely gorgeous and the sunsets were breathtakingly beautiful every single day! The food was fine, but repetitive. The staff was absolutely great! Everyone was super nice and made our stay totally stress-free. Melina was a star and she has been making our day basically since morning! With a simple 'Hello!' and a warm smile, she was making us feel very welcome (Thank you!). The hotel is situated kinda far from the city, there is not much going on around it, which was fine with us as we just wanted to unwind, but if you intend to sightsee or simply go out, I'd recommend renting a car. In general, we've had an amazing time and if your goal is to chill out, I can truly recommend this place!

To be honest, the hotel itself is great — if you understand what you’re paying for. If you’re like us and looking for a budget-friendly place with decent food and don’t mind driving 5 minutes to find better beaches, then this place is perfect. The highlight was definitely the staff. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming. Even though we got there late, they prepared a small snack for us, helped with check-in, and explained everything clearly. It was a really nice touch. The pool is okay — it does get crowded around midday, but that’s pretty normal for places like this, so I don’t see it as a negative. Now, about the beach: unfortunately, this is the one downside, and to be fair, it’s not the hotel’s fault. They have a small pebble beach with maybe 10 umbrellas, but right next to it (literally 10 meters away), they’re building a port for local fishing boats. So until around 3 PM, you’ll hear excavators and construction noise. The food is quite similar each day with small changes, but it actually tastes good, and most dishes were delicious. Thank you to all the staff — it was a pleasure staying here. I wish you all the best. To sum it up: this hotel is a great choice if you understand what you’re booking. Don’t expect luxury, but what it lacks in that area, it makes up for with hospitality and a genuinely warm atmosphere. The sunsets are actually very nice from the hotel 1 picture, taken from the table in pool area.

The staff were really nice, and the food and the room was also pretty good! The hotel has a private beach really close (literally 5 steps away) so you can always experience the sea and the sound of the waves. However, whenever waiting inside the lounge or where the reception is, its very hot and the air condition doesn't work so it can be quite irritating (overall would've been 5 stars if not for that little problem) But genuinely its really good 💗
