Be.Hotel

Had a great week long stay in be.hotel with great rooms, great service, and great drinks. The rooms were extremely clean and modern, and every time staff came in it was left to a very high standard. Staff came to rooms twice daily to clean, and then later on to prepare the room for the evening- which was a very nice touch. Of course you could request staff not to visit with a sign on the door if you wish. Rooftop pool lounge was great with lovely views and although could get rather busy we never had an issue getting a lounger and found it was an overall chilled out atmosphere. The staff were great, with drinks and food service to tables and loungers all day. The breakfast was nice with a good selection in the buffet-style restaurant from cooked breakfast items, to meat and cheeses, to a nice selection of pastries.

Cannot fault this hotel. Located in a shopping centre and in close proximity to shops, food and the nightlife. You could hear some noise from the bars but as expected being so close to everything. Staff were excellent and friendly, they came around everyday to check everything was okay with the room and when we raised an issue with the shower it was fixed within the hour. Very clean rooms and fresh towels provided daily if you require. Both pools were great, providing towels for sunbeds. It was fairly easy to get a sunbed everyday despite it being a busy hotel. Be careful of how slippy the floor can get when wet aside the pool. Would definitely recommend and would return upon next visit to Malta.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The bed had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the bedsheets also stank. It made it really uncomfortable to sleep. The nights were extremely noisy – I couldn’t get any proper rest because of all the loud sounds. Breakfast was small and of poor quality. The bread was especially terrible – dry and almost stale. The rooftop pool was a complete disappointment. It was way too crowded. If you arrived even a little later in the day, you had no chance of finding a place to lie down. The area was very loud, with people shouting and making a lot of noise, and the pool itself was dirty. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It was uncomfortable, noisy, and far from relaxing
