Beijing Baifuyi Hotel Dongzhimen

The room is so spacious and the bed is so big, easily fitting four people. It's a rare find in the city of Beijing at a nice room rate (a little over 500 for a night compared with those only for two people at an even higher price). It comes with a mini kitchen. There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, a kettle, free bottles of water, some glasses and cups. I didn't see any utensils. I'm not sure if they are available upon request. I only need to use the refrigerator and microwave anyway. There's also a dining area, a desk, a couch, a dressing table and a couple of wardrobes with plenty of storage space and bath robes in it. The lobby has a luxurious feel. The receptionists are friendly and even gave our boy a stuffed panda as a souvenir. The location is not too bad, about 15-20 minutes of walk to the nearby subway station. You can grab a shared bike if you don't want to walk. We didn't get their breakfast due to our time, but there are plenty of choices on the way to the subway station. Overall, the whole family was very satisfied with the experience at this hotel/apartment. The only issue is the water drains very slowly in the shower room.

We had a good stay at this hotel. The entrance was quite impressive and beautiful. We had the family room with 2 large beds. The room was very big and the beds were comfortable. We had a washer, drying rack and a scale in our room. There were a few restaurants in walking distance, but not too many choices. We were able to take a short 15-minute walk to the Sanlitun district that had a huge shopping/food area.

He expertly handled our reservations and accommodated our special requests with a level of care that is rarely seen. 3.What particularly stood out was Mr. Jack Fan's ability to anticipate our needs even before we expressed them. Whether it was promptly resolving a minor issue or offering thoughtful recommendations that enhanced our stay, Mr. Jack Fan consistently demonstrated an exceptional understanding of customer service. His dedication to his role is evident, and it is clear that he takes great pride in his work. 4.In addition to Mr. Jack Fan's remarkable service, I would also like to commend the housekeeping staff, particularly Mr. Zhao Ze Liang (赵泽亮). His attention to detail ensured that our room was always impeccably clean, and his friendly demeanor added to the overall positive experience. 5. Furthermore, I would like to highlight the excellent service provided by Mr. Liao Yihan (廖一航) in the hotel gym. His professional advice and assistance made exercising during our stay a relaxing and enriching experience. The genuine approach and dedication of the Bai Fu Yi Hotel staff have left a lasting impression on my family. Despite the great distance between our home in Singapore and Beijing, the exceptional service we received made the journey worthwhile. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable stay in Beijing.
