Chinese design hotel in the heart of Astana, needs refurbishment though.
The hotel is a true reflection of the In Jan symbol. Attractive on the outside, but cold and repulsive on the inside. The rooms are huge, that's good, but the hall and the corridors are not meant for people to live in, but a copy of the Taj Mahal. The restaurant, breakfast, and service are excellent, but the reception staff should be trained on how to serve. For example, we asked in the evening to take the clothes to wash, and they answered that the laundry is not open, and to bring them in the morning. The clothes were not delivered to the room or to the reception the next day, the laundry was out of business. Taxi price could not be added to the room bill, etc. But breakfast view from the restaurant is amazing!
Hotel is in a good location. The hotel is very outdated and the beds are especially hard and uncomfortable. Staff dont speak good English and didn’t find them particularly helpful or kind.
