Clean rooms. Many restaurants in the surroundings.
You get what you pay for. I was looking for a cheap hotel and that's what I got. My room was dinghy, there were no windows, and the shower would flood the whole bathroom. It was a 20 minute walk to the nearest train station. The only good thing was how close to Peking University it was.
