Mr.王河峰 helped me to recover my phone adapter which I had left in my hotel room after checking out. He also was very kind in serving me a free drink while waiting, as well as helping me to carry my luggage and calling a taxi. This high standard of service was also upheld by other hotel staff, such as the cleaners, who always greeted me warmly and ensured I had everything I needed.

Stayed here for a week in Nov '24. Service was great - I had to get the service staff to help with freezing my expressed breastmilk and they were helpful. The housekeeper (赵现风） was very pleasant and had a great attitude.

I visited this location in 2017 and enjoyed my experience. However, my recent visit felt markedly less satisfying. The hotel has shown signs of wear, with furniture that urgently requires refurbishing. Despite receiving a slight upgrade, my room did not feel clean or improved. The sauna and steakhouse, in particular, are in desperate need of renovations, as they currently feel gross... Given these issues, I would generally not recommend staying here, especially considering the price range.
