Great stay at the ski resort hotel! We recently stayed at this hotel, and our impressions were very positive! The location is perfect – just a few minutes from the slopes, making it ideal for those who love skiing and snowboarding. We never got cold since we could easily reach the trails, and after a day of skiing, we could relax in the cozy atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Very comfortable, especially for unwinding after an active day on the slopes. Everything was clean, and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay: from cozy furniture to modern appliances. The staff is simply wonderful! Very friendly and helpful people, always ready to assist, recommend, or give advice. Additionally, the hotel has a charming little shop that offers a variety of local farmer's products and all the essentials you might need during your stay. It's a great place to pick up some fresh, regional treats. Another highlight is the sauna and yoga/fitness room- excellent place to recover after a day on the slopes. What really made this experience special was the authentic Austrian atmosphere here. It felt like we were immersed in the charm of the Alpine region, with traditional décor, warm wooden interiors, and a truly welcoming vibe. Overall, our stay was fantastic! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to a ski resort ( and also for biking and hiking in summer). We will definitely come back! Thank you 😊

We rented 3 apartments at this resort for our family for a week of skiing, and everything was great. There is no staff on premises (except for daily cleaning) but this caused no issues, and the customer service was very responsive (online). The apartments are clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The only thing we missed was microwaves -- there is a stove and an oven but with a bunch of kids, it's a pain to heat up food for many people without a microwave. The internet in the apartments is not great, so if you do not have mobile internet, it is better to ask for entry cards (instead of using the app, which requires internet). Otherwise, no issues, the slopes are super close, the sauna and fitness/yoga room are really nice, the views are fantastic, and we had a great time.
