The room was clean, but much smaller than what’s shown in the photos. I measured it and it was clearly below what was advertised. What they call a “deluxe” room is not worth the extra cost—just stick with the standard. The photos are misleading. The gym is extremely limited. It has a single multi-functional machine with only one working pulley and minimal weight. If you plan to train properly, this isn’t the place. The space is tiny. The pool is small and heavily chlorinated. You’re required to wear a swim cap, which costs 5 euros. It would’ve been good to know that in advance, though it’s not a big deal. The real issue is the sauna, which never went above 48 °C—so it didn’t work properly. The only thing I genuinely liked was the breakfast and the sea view from the restaurant. It’s a nice space with lots of windows. After many trips, I can confidently say this is a 3-star hotel at best. There’s no way it’s a real 4-star—just a disguised one.
We had a very disappointing stay and feel compelled to share our experience to help others make an informed decision. Reception: Reception was welcoming and the check-in process was smooth. First impressions were good. Don't expect any help or rectifying issue solution . Instead will get answer they are coming ! Restaurant & Service: The restaurant staffs were polite and service was generally good. Food: • Breakfast: Very average, nothing special – typical spread, no standout options. • Dinner Deal: This was the biggest letdown. Online it’s advertised as a buffet, but in reality, you’re served a fixed plated meal – no variety and definitely not of your choice. Feels misleading. • Sunday Dinner: The restaurant is closed, and you’re offered a pizza instead – this was supposed to be part of a extra dinner £600 package (~30,000 lira), which is extremely poor value for money. Swimming Pool & Spa: The spa manager added extra chlorine during service hours, making it unpleasant to use. Globally, pools are cleaned after hours (usually post 7 PM), but here it’s during the day, discouraging guests – especially families with children – from using the facility. This seems intentional. As she came over screaming infeom A/C Issues: The air conditioning didn’t work and despite raising the issue, there was no resolution. Sadly, complaints are often brushed off – it feels like guests are considered naive or not taken seriously. Overall Experience in Istanbul (and this Hotel): It seems like cutting corners and misleading guests is the norm. Rather than addressing issues, the focus appears to be on maximizing profit at the guest’s expense. This hotel is not up to 4-star standards – at least not by European or broader Turkish expectations. The website creates a false impression – don’t be fooled by it. Final Note: Be cautious. Hello!!! I would like to help all tourists who just want to stay in this hotel. To not book accommodation in this hotel under any circumstances because the accommodation is not even comparable to what is shown in the pictures. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed in this accommodation, so I would not even give it a star. Why was I disappointed, because we booked accommodation for 4 nights with breakfast and on the first day we paid for the 4 nights with breakfast and when we checked out they wanted to ask for another 200 euros. Unfortunately, the police had to be called because they didn't want to give us the travel documents. During the 4 nights, they never changed the bed sheets, they were clean, they were dirty, they smelled bad, the whole hotel was disgusting, they don't care about the food, they watch how much you eat, I found hair in the cucumbers every day, the food was so poor, there was no fruit as shown in the pictures, the food was not as good as in the pictures. The toilet seat was clean, yellow, disgusting, smelly, the bed linen was clean, there were hairs on it. The police were very helpful because they saw that we were right. Imagine, they didn't even give me any papers about how I booked 4 nights with them and how much I paid. Only the hotel cameras could have proven how many nights I booked and that I paid in cash
