I had the pleasure of staying at your hotel with my family for 11 nights, just recently, in July 2025, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience we had. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the hotel’s immaculate cleanliness, welcoming atmosphere, and the outstanding hospitality of your staff. It truly felt like home. Every request we made was met promptly and with genuine warmth, making our stay both comfortable and memorable. I would especially like to extend my heartfelt thanks to dear Shadi, Milad, Michael, and Basma—as well as many others whose names I, unfortunately, did not catch. Each of them played a part in making our holiday so special. This was a truly unforgettable experience, and we are already looking forward to returning in the near future. With sincere gratitude, Claudette, Vienna, Austria

Though the location is great, disappointingly the staff had poor and bad responses to help even on the phone. Generally it is overpriced with little facilities to offer and better, more affordable alternatives can be found nearby. The breakfast variety was so simple with little to offer and didn’t worth it.

Yesterday, I went there woth my friend to swim both in the sea. At the entrance they charged 10 usd per person. The recepsionist asked if we would like to use sea or pool. We asked if there is any price difference , she said no. Then we said ok lets use sea. Later on, after seeing that there is no shadow in sea side i used the sea. As a covered muslim woman, a guy asked me to get out of the pool. When i asked the reason he told me ' guest do not see full cover swimsuit as a way of swimming, they are bothered' . I was shocked and refused. But he insisted. Then we went to reception to get our money back. The lady told me this was the way that she is tasked. She did not explain me situaiton not to be seen offensive to guests. This is their general pronciple. Overall, i am disappointed the way they interact with me. İn a country where there is high Muslim population, how come covered/hijabi women can not swim in the pool. I do not reccomend it at all.
