I had an exceptional stay at the WTC Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff promptly assisted with my luggage and answered all my inquiries with great professionalism. Dinner at the hotel was delightful, with both the service and the captain being very friendly and attentive. My room was upgraded and maintained a unique, classic style that felt elegant and welcoming. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, providing a heavenly night's sleep. One of my favorite touches was the desk positioned in front of a beautiful view, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I would highly recommend the WTC Hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay. Right in the middle of the floor. In front of the TV stand the floor is broken and coming off to the point that can not walk barefoot , because you will cut your feet bad,o e of the beds squeaks bad that any movement wakes the whole room, the bathroom door also make a loud noise, that will wake the rest of the people, breakfast could vary once in a while

Old BLOOD on curtains & RICARDO the concierge abusing foreign clients. I am in absolute disbelief that a hotel could be this horrible. We were sent here through our airline but we didn’t expect to be sent to such low standard of customer service and dirty hotel. Ricardo was the most condescending concierge we have ever came across. We asked him if he could help us make a call to our taxi place since we cannot do international calls off of our phones (we have USA numbers.) He just kept repeating that it is not his problem or the responsibility of the hotel. We weren’t asking him to do everything for us, simply to dial the number since we have no experience dialing Mexico phone numbers. He just started laughing and stated it’s not his problem. Eventually we called the airport and they stated the taxi company will call our hotel to confirm pick up. When we went back to talk to Ricardo his purposely ignored us ( we have video proof.) 10 minutes later, we finally ask him if taco company called - he again started laughing and stated it is not his problem or the hotels. That is NOT what we were asking- we were simply asking if the taxi company called. We are appalled by how disgusting his behavior was. So disgusting. He should not be the first person greeting guests. It is so disrespectful and he lacks human decency. Also, the hotel room was so dirty. There was DRIED BLOOD on the main window curtain (pictures are attached.) The bathroom was lacking any toiletries besides a tiny bottle of shampoo and an a disgusting soap in the shower (GROSS.) This hotel will eventually give someone a disease. OVERALL HORRID HOTEL. We’ve been to 1000s of hotels and this has to be the worst. And Ricardo definitely made it worse!
