Belambra Clubs Avoriaz Les Cimes du Soleil

Stayed for a week in March and was very impressed. The room was modern and clean, beds were comfy and shower good. Room was cleaned and beds made every day. The food was great quality - much better than you would expect from an all inclusive hotel. Lots of entertainment in the evenings, and a great bar with free beer, wine, and cocktails made fresh. They even put out a table of sweets and made crepes / waffles to order after a day's skiing which was ideal. Staff all very friendly and helpful - would definitely recommend.

Top quality hotel, it will be difficult to stay anywhere else after this experience! All inclusive, with a basic breakfast, but impressive lunch and dinner spreads. Option for a light lunch on the terrace from the van and post ski sweet treats is a must try. Loved the open bar, good selection of cocktails and staff are like well oiled machines keeping the place clean and tidy. We loved the hamman and sauna, making the most of it every day. The gym could do with some better stretching equipment, roller, yoga mats etc. There’s also the local swimming center/jacuzzi which was only €12 each nearby. The location is perfect, with a green slope leading directly to the ski room, that stays in better quality than the rest of the resort. An easy walk via some steps to centre of town. Rooms are basic but with comfortable beds, good shower pressure and equipped with boot heaters. There is a ski hire shop at the hotel, so perfect for ski rentals and even repairs/waxing. Very happy with my stay and will only be staying in Belambra hotels from now on

Our stay at this hotel was not as expected. Upon arrival, we found our room to be dirty, and even after raising a complaint, no proper cleaning was done. This lack of cleanliness extended beyond the rooms to the restaurant and bar areas, giving a general sense of neglect. While the buffet had a variety of options, the quality of ingredients (mainly salads and fruits) was consistently low on most days, making meals less enjoyable. Need to acknowledge that offered drinks in the bar area were very well prepared. On a positive note, the hotel’s location and setup are very convenient for ski lovers, which was a plus. Additionally, some of the staff, particularly at the terrace cantine, were friendly and caring, which was appreciated. However, given the overall experience, I’m unsure if I would recommend or return.
