BELCEKUM beach hotel is a paradise. First line on beach, perfect restaurant and bar. And mMAIN THING- is a people - personnel in hotel. Everybody smiling averibody ready to help you in small problem, always hospitality. Thanks a lot MEPXAT, EMRE, ALI, SUEDA, MURAT and all smart professional people! You are a good guys.
Good hotel and great, helpful staff. The only two things stopping it from getting 5 stars was my room location and the type of food available. There was nothing wrong with the food itself, it just really wasn't to UK taste in my opinion. You may love it. As for the room, the room itself was fine but it's location, facing where nighttime entertainment was, was not great. Take ear plugs and a sleep mask if your balcony faces this area. You will need them. Lot to recommend for this hotel on the whole though as long as you go with your eyes open..
They do have worst staff, overall, they are not happy and makes your experience really poor. Biggest examples are pool&snack bar personel and pool responsible. They dont respect your personal space and they have constant down-moding faces. They need supervision who checks on them and hears the visitors.
