I highly recommend this SPA Hotel for relax, testing delicious food, and taste Bulgarian wines. Rooms are huge, clean, and well equipped. The hotel is quiet, the swimming pool is big enough, spa area is full with different entertainments.

A very nice place for a short stay. The overall impression is good, but there are a few caveats. Cons: 1. This is a Spa and wellness hotel, but everyone smokes everywhere. In all other European spa hotels where I've been before, smoking has been prohibited except for some specially reserved areas. 2. No enforcement of internal rules. It is prescribed to take a shower before entering the mineral spring in the Roman bath, but no one cares and they go in the bath with all these oils and sunscreens on their bodies. You can imagine how the water smells after that. 3. There is no infrastructure outside the hotel. There is nowhere to go except the restaurant and bar inside the hotel. Not the hotel's problem per se, but take this into account. Pros: The breakfast is good, the personnel is helpful, the rooms are very nice, the pools are fine, there are also a football pitch and a tennis court. Spa zone is limited but the basics are good — only 1 sauna and 1 steam bath, so it could be over crowded on weekends. Overall: A nice hotel, but don't expect the same level of satisfaction compared to the Western/Central European spa&wellness resorts.

If you have money to burn and time to lose then visit this SPA Hotel. The only good thing in this hotel is the hot mineral water jacuzzi. Most of the food in the restaurant is very badly cooked. Serbian "kebabcheta" have nothing to do with this delicious quisine. Waiters didn't remember my order at lunch. At dinner they served bread with mold. The hotel is under construction and noisy. There is no elevator. If you have a heavy suitcase there is no way to climb the stairs at the entrance and there is no staff to assist you. Generally, I had very bad experience during my first day of stay and probably will move out.
