Belinda Hotel

I recommend this location. Everything is as it should be: service, cleanliness, quality, exceptional view If before I didn't come to the seaside in Romania, for you, it's worth it!

Stayed 6 nights at this newly opened hotel. The interiors are luxurious and rooms are top notch, except for some lack of storage/hang up functionalities. Location is ok, it’s on the lake side but you have a great view. Close walk to cazino and beach. It’s clear that the owners have bought a good looking hotel but they really could improve on the service side. - breakfast from the neighbouring partner restaurant Ruby i catastrophic. It’s a joke. - another extremely frustrating thing is that the restaurant plays music on the hotels property, speakers just outside the rooms from 9 am to 12pm. I asked reception to stop since you hear the base in the room. They said that’s not an option, the restaurant wouldn’t want to. I heard old pop songs and habibi music for 6 straight days. Just play lounge if you insist having music for customers for gods sake!! And not to 12pm on a Sunday! - ants in the room, many of them. - there’s no fall in the showers so waters runs right out in the hallway. - cleaning lady opened door twice when I was there. Not to clean but to “check on things”. Also they were very loud quite early in the morning in the hallway. Very disappointed with the hotel but with some changes and know how they could make this a really good spot for those who want to be more to themselves. We spent hardly any time by the hotel or pool. Made no sense.
