In conclusion, I don't recommend any foreigner to stay in this place. 1. I stayed for one night but they charged me for two nights. They admitted to have accidentally charged me twice. So I asked for refund. After two weeks of continuous urging, they finally arranged refund through western union. However, when I went to western union i found that I needed to bear a transaction cost of 10 Euro. So I lost money for a mistake they made. No further reply from them til now and I am really tired of begging them to make up for their mistake. 2. The male staff at night is a delight. Very kind, helpful and friendly. But the female staff in the morning is a disaster. Once she realized I only speak English, she just stopped talking to me and didn't even look at me. Then she brought me to the room and left without saying anything I need to know, such as check out time, wifi, breadfast time, hotel facilities...etc. There is no chance for me to use Google translate to communicate because she left so fast.

We stayed to stay on our way from Urfa to Konya. We called Zeynep Hanım Konağı but they said there was another mansion right next to it that belonged to them. We went around 22:00. The name of the other mansion is Beliz Konağı. Oh my God, there is an entertainment center next to it, it sounds like it is in a disco. It played disco music until 1:30. When I complained, the owner of the business called the entertainment center manager and it stopped only at 1:30. Of course, we came here to rest because we were tired and couldn't sleep with my 3 children and my wife. I was angry until the morning. Don't defend yourself as the owner. We were humiliated in the hotel we came to sleep in. I wish you had told us when we called for a place that this was right next to the entertainment center.
