Belkon Hotel

Spent a night there on my way to Antalya. The staff was nonchalant to the complaints. Problem with the electricity so couldn't charge out phones. The shower was broken, the staff all grumpy and the food was 2/5.

Extremely Disappointed with the Room Condition I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The bathroom had a constant foul smell that made it uncomfortable to use, and the sinks were rusty, giving the whole place an unhygienic feel. To make things worse, the air conditioning was leaking, leaving puddles on the floor and making the room damp. What made it worse is that after reporting these issues to the staff, no real solution was offered. We were left to deal with the problems ourselves, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay. For the price we paid, we expected at least basic maintenance, cleanliness, and proper customer service, but unfortunately, this was far from the case. I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes immediate improvements.

We arrived been travelling all day the all inclusive food was closed so told to go to bar where you can get food but pay. On the all inclusive you only get beer wine and soft drinks, to which they ran out of wine.on our second day. Breakfast is appalling no toast, fruit or fruit juice. This hotel only caters for Turkish or Russian
