Bell Tower

amazing,only rating this because Lana Del Rey mentioned this hotel and said it was gorgeous and amazing. Rooms are stunning,the service is absolutely unreal. And the location? its an amazing view there.

I had a wonderful stay at the Bell Tower. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and very clean. The hotel itself has a great ambience, and is in a really nice location right downtown where you can walk to pretty much anything. After reading some reviews I was a little nervous about the service but it was absolutely exceptional. Everyone was extremely kind and professional. I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to others!

My father stayed here when he came to visit me in late August. The hotel is a bit on the older side, but they did a decent job renovating it and making it presentable and cozy. The shining light here is the location. Our main gripe was the price to service ratio. First off, the staff is a bit rude. I recall they forgot to restock the water in the room twice, and the receptionist straight up refused to provide more bottles of water. They don’t really greet you or converse in a friendly manner either. The cherry on top was how they claimed they wanted $1,600 a night for a room with a single bed during the upcoming graduation. I’m sorry guys, but for $1,600 a night you could stay in a swanky room with several beds at a 5 star hotel in New York City, Paris, Dubai, and pretty much anywhere else on the planet. Given everything I’ve said and seen, I don’t know how they justify such an obscene rate. You guys run a decent hotel, not the Plaza at Central Park. Act like it.
