Bella B Hotel

Quite Good for the Price My stay at Bella B Hotel was generally impressive, especially considering the price. I was kindly upgraded from the Executive Suite to the Bella B Suite, which was spacious and well-equipped. The room included bathrobes, thong sandals (though no indoor slippers), complimentary coffee and tea, bathroom amenities, a bathtub with well-functioning hot water control, and a dining table. The decor was also quite pretty. However, the building seems poorly constructed. On the night of my stay, there was heavy rain, and water leaked through a ceiling gap by the window. Although my bed was far enough from the leak that I wasn’t directly affected, it still impacted my overall impression of the hotel. That said, the staff responded quickly by sending housekeeping to clean up the water, which I appreciated. The afternoon and evening reception staff were friendly and provided excellent service. In contrast, the morning staff—who may have been an intern or newly hired—lacked professionalism in how they spoke to guests. The all-you-can-eat breakfast was plentiful and fair for the price. Other facilities like the swimming pool and fitness room were more of a “technically we have them” situation: small and not very well-built. The location is convenient if you’re traveling by car, as it's in a community area with easy access to everything from street food to sit-down restaurants. It’s also near the Chao Phraya River, and you can walk to Rama VII Bridge for a nice view.

Stayed for 2 nights from July 19 to 21. Rooms were decent and comfortable. However, the food options were very limited, and the shower had low water pressure. The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. The hotel is located quite far from the city, with not many restaurants nearby, though a 7-Eleven store is available within a short distance.

Beware of scams, front desk refused to provide me the room after booked with Agoda, I spent 2 hrs. Drive just to hear customer service said you have to pay double price if you want the room. Do not come here!
