The shower in my room wouldn't drain all the way. The staff at the resteraunt however were top notch and did everything above and beyond to assist in anyway possible. Always ask for extra towels as they don't "expect" you'll need them... Edit-went back for another try and the shower was better this year. Stayed in a different room* As always, the staff again this year were amazing. You can't find better in Guatemala.
This hotel ever deserves any star 👎🏻 the employees and workers are very rude, specially the front desk, I went last week with my family. I don’t recommend it at all 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
This place is horrible, stay away, many reputable choices near by, STAY AWAY!!!
