to start the rooms where dirty i was 407 the view was nice but thats where it ends toilet was terrible the keycards were terrible couldn't open the door staf was nice but the food expensive and bad the fishing experience is nice but for 80 euro a night its not worth it all the 5 star review are fake the staf told me they deserve 1/2 star reviews
Dirt! Dirt everywhere! From the rooms, from the outside, to the dishes…. I don’t recommend it! It doesn’t even deserve a star. Hot water doesn’t always run, used personal hygiene items in the bathrooms, used socks in the closet. Cobwebs everywhere, dead flies. Breakfast that seemed very old. The staff was on the phone constantly, being bothered when asked for something. When we went out on the terrace, they sat next to us and listened to manele and drank beer. Not professional at all. Unpleasant smell, etc.! I can’t attach pictures, but they need a serious check! I don’t know how they have exaggerated prices on booking and such a high score! It’s disgusting and I wouldn’t recommend it even to my worst enemy!!!
I've seen two-star hotels that are better than this one in every way. -the rooms were dirty, cigarette butts under the blankets. -the food at breakfast was poor quality, I asked them to refill the bowl with caviar and they asked me to take less. I asked for eggs or omelette and they didn't have them. Very poor for the price they charge for breakfast. -the lady at the service was both a cook and a waitress -the food at the restaurant was more expensive than the one on the Cote d'Azur. A fish borscht 40-50 lei. Fish brine 65 lei. I understood why there was a shortage of caviar at breakfast... it was normally 40 lei on the menu. At such prices, it's normal that you don't feel like eating. -the location was beautiful but the services leave a lot to be desired!! I hope this message reaches the hotel management… you can’t make tourism and profit if you don’t offer something of quality yourself. You could try to accept a lower profit on the products you offer and maybe more people would come to eat at your place and you would earn more. This way you will only succeed in “robbing” the person once, but the second time he won’t come to eat at your place. A little tip if you want to accept it. Ps. In the evening we went to another restaurant to eat at normal prices, the normal restaurant was full. I wonder why? At lunch I had paid 200 lei per person for 2 courses (Bella Marina).
