Fabulous hotel! Rooms are perfectly clean. The rooms include a hair dryer, slippers, bath robes, an umbrella, a mini safe, a bar fridge and more! Great internet access and air-conditioned rooms. The pool and gym are kept clean as the staff work throughout the day to maintain the hotel. We got an upgrade to a room with a pool view! The free bike hire to use during the day was a great way to stroll through the streets of Naiyang. A vast array of food at each Buffet Breakfast. A mix of Thai and Continental breakfast. Just delicious! We also received 2 free meal and cocktail vouchers to be used at the Resort. Brilliant experience and equally wonderful staff!!

Hotel was fantastic, on arrival I was given a cold drink which was very refreshing. Staff were very helpful when I had questions or needed help. Nothing was too much trouble or an issue. The bedroom was wonderful, comfy bed, beautiful layout, lots of space with a large balcony. I'd say the location was perfect. Short walk from the beach and you have everything on your doorstep. You can hire the bicycles for free too. I'd definitely return again. The amenities were great. Bottled water topped up daily for free for tea/coffee or if you preferred the bottles they were available to use

I stayed one night here and the room itself was great — quiet, well air-conditioned, and comfortable. No complaints on the accommodations. Unfortunately, the service experience was frustrating at every step. Check-in required sitting and waiting for a porter to guide me to the room, even after I explained I didn’t need assistance. Check-out was the same — I was asked to sit and wait again while staff checked the room, a process that felt unnecessary and outdated. Even simple things — like standing near the front door while waiting for a car — became difficult. The porter insisted on showing me the breakfast area, even though I said I didn't want to see it, then showed me how to turn on the air conditioning in my room even after I asked him to leave - while he was walking around my hotel room in bare feet. Staff also ignored clear requests to leave my bags alone and unnecessarily opened the lobby doors, letting the heat pour into the air-conditioned space. The staff were polite, but the service felt performative and highly inefficient, adding friction to what should have been a simple and smooth stay. If you’re looking for a nice room and can tolerate a slow, old-fashioned approach to service, it may still be worth considering. But if you value your time and prefer more modern, efficient hospitality, you might want to look elsewhere.
