Bella Valley – This place truly feels like a fully loaded bank of pure oxygen. I had an incredibly refreshing and joyful experience there. I didn’t even realize when all my stress and tension disappeared. The food served here is homemade, hygienic, and comforting. I am a true witness to this experience, and I highly recommend everyone to visit and feel it for themselves.

Disappointing Experience at Hotel Bella Valley – Not Worth the Hype I rarely write reviews, but my recent stay at Hotel Bella Valley was frustrating enough to warrant one. The photos and descriptions online paint a very different picture from what we actually encountered. First off, the check-in process was chaotic and unprofessional. We arrived after a long journey only to be told our room wasn't ready — despite having a confirmed reservation. We waited nearly two hours without any real apology or update. The room itself was underwhelming and poorly maintained. The linens looked old, there was a musty smell, and we found mold in the bathroom. The so-called “mountain view” was more like a view of the parking lot with some trees in the distance. Definitely not what was advertised. Service was another low point. Most of the staff seemed uninterested and untrained. Requests for clean towels or basic amenities took forever, if they arrived at all. The restaurant was overpriced with very average food — cold and bland on more than one occasion. Worst of all, there was no proper soundproofing, and we could hear every word from the neighboring room and the hallway all night. Not exactly the peaceful retreat we had hoped for. Overall, Hotel Bella Valley felt like a budget motel disguised as a luxury resort, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, or competent service. Definitely not worth the money.

Our stay at Bella Valley was one of the worst experiences ever. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place was not worth the time or money. The approach roads are in terrible condition, making the journey itself frustrating. The rooms were unhygienic, and to make matters worse, we even found leeches in the garden area—definitely not safe or pleasant. The staff were unprofessional and unwelcoming, and the owner's behavior was extremely arrogant and egoistic. As a group of bachelors, we were looking forward to a fun and relaxing trip, but instead, we were met with a suffocating environment filled with unnecessary rules and restrictions. It honestly felt more like a hostel than a holiday resort. If you're planning a getaway to enjoy and unwind, do yourself a favour and avoid this place. You're better off staying at home. Overall, a horrible and disappointing experience. Not recommended at all.
