The staff very friendly. The room was spacious and clean We were able to stay in the lobby with free wifi, charging my laptop and work until our departure time. I recommend it !
Stayed in Bella Riva for a weekend with friends from Dubai and it was a great experience from start to finish. The helpfulness and friendliness of staff and management throughout was ideal. The location was perfectly situated in close proximity of tourist locations, party districts and with easy access to airport. Will certainly stay there again and recommend to others. While there are no Spa facilities, there are places within walking distance which the staff recommended and were more affordable than anything hotels would normally offer.
Good hotel, near the sea, and quiet. Reasonable prices, too. Clean and well maintained. But room 107 had a bathroom door that wouldn't lock, and we once requested a kettle that never arrived. We were also warned about kids making too much of a ruckus in the lobby, even though nobody was there and you couldn't hear it from the rooms. Overall, OK.
