The rooms were so neat for my family and I. The wokers were so nice and respectful to us! Thank goodness we came here because this place is so beautiful.
No one spoke English at the resort, so he became our Advocate and Friend. We enjoyed kayaking and swimming. The highlight of our trip was the Don Grimaldo Mud Baths. Miguel’s interpretation gave us so much knowledge our experience was spectacular. That, I’d love to do again. My recommendation to the Resort would be to provide fresh bottled water, without charge, for Guests who can not drink tap water.
Terrible service and food. The only good service we received was from our tour guide. Staff continually changed what they told us. Water circuit in spa was awful. Cold water, cold steam room. Charged us for a broken wine glass. Charged my credit card twice so had to dispute charge with my credit card company! Will definitely find another location next time.
