Bella Vista Gisborne

Perhaps a little early to be writing a review as I have only just checked in on a four night stay. I don't normally write reviews, but I have been inspired by the very warm welcome I got from the lady that checked me in. She showed just the right amount of professionalism without coming across as being cold and like a robot. She went above and beyond to explain everything I needed to know. Great old fashioned service by walking to my room to show me where to go. 10 out of ten!

Small but perfectly formed. Was so happy to find an accessible unit that was so accessible to me! The bathroom had grab rails, a wheel under sink, and a wet area shower with a fold down seat. Soap and shampoo were provided. Lovely fluffy towels. Frim bed. Stayed 2 nights. Would go back.

Very tidy rooms with all the usual amenities. I would recommend for a short stay as opposed to a long one in this style of room as it was small in the living space. However, it is perfect for a business trip where you primarily need a space to sleep and shower. Slightly on the noisy side between rooms. Parking close, but the driveway in/out is a small space and the parks themselves were quite tight. 2 min drive from the middle of town which is great and lovely reception staff.
