Bella Vista Motel New Plymouth

Very happy with Bella Vista in New Plymouth. Right from arrival and check in, Jim was so friendly and helpful. The room was a reasonable size with everything that one expects and wants in a motel room. The stand out thing was how clean it was! It and everything is spotless. Location is good, close to the waterfront, cafes and easy to get to. The bed was comfortable, the room warm with a wall mounted heater and a heat pump. We will stay at Bella Vista next time we are in New Plymouth.

Central location so handy to the city centre. Very friendly and helpful host. I try to always book Bella Vista for business trips as the quality is usually the same wherever you go. However this is the best one I have been to and it's down to the host. Allowed me to leave my car there whilst I did the work thing. We agreed if he needed the space he would call me. That little touch made it so much easier.

I’ve used this motel multiple times when visiting New Plymouth. Jim & Rachel run an excellent operation, they are friendly without being intrusive, and are very happy to assist where they can. The motel is very well maintained and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is excellent to eating and entertainment venues. Plenty of parking available. Great spot to base yourself for business or pleasure.
