ravelled with 2 other collegues for work - we all booked a studio room. The room was well heated, th beds were so comfortable and Pat was an excellent host
We stayed one night in the compact room which was fine as it was only one night but the room was quite small. The location is central. The shower pressure was great. Needed blockout blinds as there was still quite a lot of light coming in even with the curtains drawn.
Very rude and unwelcoming staff I booked the executive studio through agoda. According to the description, there are one queen bed and two single beds. When I confirmed it with the hotel, the staff replied that I booked the twin room. However, it wasn’t. The staff was so rude to the point that shocked me. I wonder how they can run a hotel or motor whatever with such arrogant and poor attitude. It was not my fault at all and what I did was just to inquire. Even the staff thought I misunderstood they could have explained politely. This is the first time I encountered such rude and barbaric people. Shame on you. See below how uncivilized the person is.
