5/5 for cleanliness the unit we had was in tip top shape. Comfy beds everything was pristine clean and a porta cot was available. We found the room to be very cold and did not want to sleep with a heat pump on all night that probably would have made the difference. Otherwise everything was way above our expectations. Thank you Bella Vista.
The check in was easy, service was welcoming, friendly and informative. The room was spotlessly clean, bed was comfortable, amenities all in good working order - definitely exceeded expectations.
Great location, tidy rooms and very friendly staff. Gareth at reception really helped us a lot on our stay, and even helped with some travel plans! I highly recommend staying here. The rooms were nice and warm and you're close to the city
