I stayed here a year ago and felt like the room I was in was dark and needed airing etc. (Downstairs room). I didn't think I would stay again. I did recently stay again. This time I was in an upstairs room. It was so much better! Beautifully clean, good light, and plenty of space. Very quiet, which is always good, especially with a child. We had a really comfortable night. The lady at reception was very friendly and welcoming also
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the one night while visiting Taupo. Nice and close to town CBD and other attractions. The receptions staff are the main reason for my five star review and look forward 2 visiting again sometime.... Thank you to Bella Vista Motel.... ☺️
Super friendly and warm welcome at check in. They had warmed the room for me on a cold night which was a nice touch. Super clean and tidy. Has a Kitchenette which is handy. More spacious than I had expected with another twin single room. They also have an affordable EV charger for a night fee for those of us who have an electric work whip. Happy as with this accomodation and would stay again for sure.
