A vacation at Bellis Deluxe Hotel is love at first sight — and for a lifetime! 🌴✨ From the very first moment, you feel like you’ve stepped into a true paradise: manicured gardens, blooming alleys, the gentle whisper of the sea, and an atmosphere of absolute comfort. We stayed in the Jasmin building — and it was the perfect choice! 🏝️ The room was spacious, modern, spotlessly clean, with a stunning view and every little detail you could need for a comfortable stay. The location of the building is ideal: close to the beach, restaurants, and all main leisure areas. The food is simply beyond praise! 🍽️ An amazing variety of dishes for every taste: the freshest seafood, aromatic grilled specialties, exquisite desserts, and incredible fruits. Every dinner felt like a true gastronomic celebration. The service is first-class! The staff are attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Every request was handled quickly and with a smile, and the warmth and sincerity in how guests are treated is something truly special. The animation team is just fantastic! 💃🎭 During the day — fun activities and sports programs; in the evening — spectacular shows and concerts that create a festive atmosphere and fill you with energy. Bellis Deluxe and the Jasmin building combine comfort, beauty, and impeccable service. Leaving was the hardest part, and I know for sure — I’ll be coming back! ❤️🌊

Bellis Hotel is a stunning property with breathtaking scenery, well-maintained grounds, and a variety of amazing facilities that make it ideal for both families and couples. The overall hotel experience was elevated by the friendly and helpful staff across most areas — especially at the restaurants and leisure facilities. However, we had two major issues that affected our stay. First, the reception experience was disappointing. We encountered an extremely rude receptionist who lacked basic customer service and communication skills. This left a negative first impression that didn’t match the rest of the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere. Second, the room service needs serious improvement. The person answering the phone could not speak English, which made it difficult to place even a simple request. We also placed a dinner order that was never delivered to our room, and no follow-up was made. With a hotel of this caliber, we expected more consistency in service. If the management improves the front desk professionalism and room service communication, Bellis Hotel can easily be a five-star experience.
