AMAZING! The best hotel in Tokyo. We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and their kindness and attentiveness truly made our experience unforgettable. Everyone we encountered was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay amazing.
During my stay at Bellustar Tokyo, I encountered a situation related to my health that required special attention. From the moment I shared my concerns, the entire team showed an exceptional level of care, professionalism, and kindness. The staff did absolutely everything possible to ensure my comfort. They handled the situation with discretion, efficiency, and sincere dedication. From housekeeping to guest services, every person involved made me feel truly supported and at ease. It’s rare to experience such thoughtful and personalized service. I left feeling genuinely grateful, deeply impressed, and very happy with my stay. Bellustar Tokyo goes far beyond expectations—not just a beautiful hotel, but a place where people truly care. Thank you to everyone who helped me. Your efforts meant the world to me. Thank you Tomonori you are the best !!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
We stayed at the Bellustar Tokyo for a total of 5 nights. We had a Premier Studio with a king size bed. The studio was very large and even had a separate seating area and a spectacular view over Tokyo. One day we could even see Mount Fuji. The public areas, such as the entrance area, the lounge or the breakfast restaurant, fall well short of the really great rooms and seem very unkind. The entrance, for example, is more reminiscent of an underground car park and the breakfast restaurant is very impersonal. The price for breakfast is also not worth the breakfast itself, which is why we always had breakfast out after the first time. For this reason, we have "only" awarded 4 stars instead of 5.
