BellView Hotel Boutique

The BellView is a lovely boutique hotel. The property is stunning and the views from the rooms, pool, and restaurant are unbeatable. We had fun spending an afternoon lounging by the infinity pool. The rooms are large and cozy. Ours, a deluxe room, had a nice sized patio and small courtyard with a direct view of the Church. One thing to consider, is that the shower we had was antiquated. Very limited hot water (like 30 seconds worth) and the shower head barely worked. We did express this to the staff, but no resolution during our stay. Given it's a historic building and a small operation, perhaps that is the norm. Small thing though that did not stop us from having a wonderful stay!

Hotel has interesting rooms, we liked them a lot. Hot water was not good (not terrible, but not good) and the area is very loud as church bells chime at random times through the night. Difficult to sleep if you are a light sleeper.

Rooms were super cute, only downfall was the bathroom area. The whole top was opened so you were able to hear everything going on outside the bathroom and vice versa, it was just a little odd. The hotel is next to a church, the church’s bells went off every 30mts; we were there a Sunday & the bells started like at 4 or 5am and lasted all day. The staff was a little rude when we were checking out. I’m pretty sure they didn’t think we spoke Spanish, we do.
