Bellwood Hills Resort & Spa

I’ve visited Bellwood Hills in Galaha, Kandy several times, and it never disappoints. The panoramic views are absolutely stunning, and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly, and a special mention to the hotel GM, Mr. Tharaka, who is always helpful and attentive. The jacuzzi and pool area are perfect for relaxing, and overall the atmosphere is peaceful and rejuvenating. While the food could be improved a bit, it’s still quite good. If you’re looking for a quiet, scenic, and relaxing getaway, this is definitely the place to be!

This is one of the most beautiful and grand hotels that I have ever stayed at. Not only are the views breathtaking, but the hotel staff is an amazing team that became like a second family to me on my 10-day retreat. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were all comfortable and always had everything we needed. The hotel manager was even kind enough to take me to a medical center to get treatment when I arrived with a full body rash from an off-road hike. The incredible kindness and loving energy from the staff and the Sri Lankan people in general was unparalleled to any other place I have ever been. Furthermore, the food at the restaurant was amazing, the rooftop pool and sauna were heavenly (literally, you're in the clouds), the terrace is an amazing place to watch sunsets and do yoga :), the rooms are beautiful, clean, spacious, and the nearby village is a lovely place to take walks, especially at night when the fireflies are out. This is a beautiful, magical place that has filled my soul and my heart and I would recommend to anyone. Oyata bohoma stuthi to everyone at the Bellwood. You are all amazing and beautiful people inside and out. I love you and wish you the very best.

The hospitality shown towards us by the hotel was amazing. Their food was so good. The stay and the food both were worth the money we paid. We stayed there kn HB basis. The jacuzzi placed on the rooftop made the experience way better. The gym is also equipped, I got the maximum out of it! The experience was top notch!
