Bellyard West Midtown Atlanta a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

I had a wonderful day at this hotel. I was traveling solo to meet coworkers for a work event, and I felt completely safe and secure. The rooms are completely updated, the bar had good drinks and beautiful views of the city. The surrounding area was very walkable, with great restaurants and activities to keep you occupied. My favorite parts about the room: the day in the window for reading, the large shower and the hush machine. Being that this hotel is in a hustling and bustling area that hush machine really came in handy. I also loved the thought and detail that went into the rooms style and efficient use of space. Lastly, I think it’s a wonderful idea that they are a sustainable hotel and offer water thermoses that are refillable instead of plastic bottles of water.

What a lovely surprise! I booked our stay here because it is close enough to the fun things like aquarium, zoo, etc. I booked a high floor room because of noise-I do this anytime I stay in a city. Well there is a sound machine in the room. We are using it even though it is not really loud because it improves your sleep. I have wished hotels would have sound machines-it is so smart. Our room is spacious, SO CLEAN, and I the nicest staff! From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, to the restaurant/bar (all have great personalities). Everything is just happy here. There is a clothes steamer in the room but I brought alot of linen-no prob, they ran up an iron and ironing board to me straight away. I really like the water stations and ice on each floor-it is freezer drawers with bags of ice which means no loud crazy ice stations. The only thing I do not like is the beverage fridge really doesn't cool anything, I have loaded it up with bags of ice. Not enough of an issue to deduct a star because I have not remembered to tell the staff. I would recommend making a portable mini fridge available to families as trying to feed kids with allergies while traveling is a little complicated. Having said that-when my kid only wanted to eat dry toast at 4 in the afternoon, the restaurant nicely obliged her and made some. She was so happy! I really enjoyed brunch here as well.

I will never stay anywhere else! I can’t say enough great things about my stay at the Bellyard! From the moment I arrived, every detail felt intentional and elevated. The design is modern yet cozy, and the atmosphere just gives you that “this is going to be a great trip” feeling. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without being overbearing. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had thoughtful touches that made it feel special. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a dream (rare for me in hotels!). The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the action but still peaceful when you’re ready to wind down. I loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants and attractions, but honestly, the hotel itself is a destination. From start to finish, it was the perfect stay. I left feeling rested, spoiled, and already planning my next visit. Bellyard, you’ve set the bar high—I’ll definitely be back!
