There are very few hotels in the world that come to standard this hotel has! What an amazing experience it is coming back. The standard has remained and the service top quality, from the check in through to the wide range breakfast, to the breathtaking sunset views and location in general. This is a hotel that should make everyone’s list to visit, and if you are a foodie the restaurant is bound to take your tastebuds on an adventure! I would also add that our doggo was very warmly welcomed with a goodie bag, which rounds this experience off to an amazing one!
⭐ Not Worthy of 5 Stars ⭐ While this hotel officially holds a 5-star rating, the service and location feel more like a 3-star experience, if not lower. The staff lacks attentiveness, and the overall service level does not match what you would expect from a luxury hotel. Additionally, the location is far from ideal, making it less convenient for exploring the area. That being said, I must praise the breakfast and evening meals. The breakfast selection is excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. The dinners were also impressive, with well-prepared dishes and a good variety of choices. If you’re looking for a place with great food, this hotel delivers. However, if you expect premium service and an exceptional location, you may be disappointed.
Food excellent! Fresh. Various. My family and I looked forward to meals. Was the highlight of the stay. The pool was pretty nice too. Attitude of some staff, NOT so good at all. The big guy making omlettes at breakfast definitely needs an attitude adjustment, or a break from guests! The receptionist at the desk when we checked out looked as though he’d be sucking on lemons all evening. Not even a ‘how was your stay?’ or ‘safe trip home’. Just a face that said here’s your bill, pay and leave me alone. And what amazed me was that the concrete steps just outside the hotel going down to the ski lifts hadn’t been cleared of snow and ice. Yup…i just kept thinking to myself: Where’s the pride? Where’s the respect for guests? Not to mention issues of health and safety.
