We went in recommended by the local museum staff, and they were right, well worth it
Rooms are very simple. A/C was on heat while it was quiet hot. The receptionist advise was to shut it down otherwise it will heat the room even more. ridiculous. Safe was open with the latch out so it was useless. Food on breakfast and dinner was OK.
On arrival to this hotel in the small city of Belmonte, the hotel looks good on the outside. Once we walk in the reception area is quiet nice as well. Lets say what starts putting you down is the reception. I felt that the costumer service has a lot to improve. The rooms are okay and the views are really good as well. Let’s say what saves the hotel is definitely the breakfast which is really good. Now to be real the 4 star is extra for the hotel.
