Beltine Forest Hotel

Hotel has a nice view and a big swimming pool, rooms are newly renovated and staff is mostly nice and helpful, but level of service is lower and prices are high - cleaning, food, wellness. Unfortunately. For me this year it was a big disapointment.

A missed opportunity - not worth trying. The hotel is located in a beautiful place, completely away from the daily rush. This could have been a fantastic place to stay or go for wellness. There are plenty of small cottages around that are inhabited all year round. So, there is potential for visitors in the low season. There are labels all around the place inviting visitors. So we came. It's the third time already. So I'd like to share our recent experience. The four stars are not just about the equipment, which seems nice. However, services are what matter and what you search for in such a place. And unfortunately, services suck here. A label next to the hotel's entrance reads "Restaurant 11-17". So at 11:10, we asked at the reception whether we could have a coffee there. The receptionist was very friendly and told us the restaurant opens at 12. Where did the hour get lost? She advised us to ask the restaurant directly. The restaurant was clean and empty. We wanted just a coffee, which is a high-margin thing that someone can literally make on a push of a button. We were willing to drink it outside on the terrace... No, a lot of work, not possible. So once there were too many people, the other time, they expected people, now there wasn't anyone... You know what, I gave up trying.

Interesting, owner of this page is deleting reviews - I wrote a negative review last year here and its no longer showing up. In short: don't go there, waste of money, time and your nerves. You may also put at risk your own health!
