I recently celebrated my birthday at Belurana for the second time, and I must say, I'd return in a heartbeat if given the chance! The staff are consistently warm and welcoming. What struck me was that the massage therapist from my first visit still remembered me - such a lovely touch! The resort itself is stunning, with a pristine pool and exceptional breakfast spread. We were a family of five, and I was impressed by how easily the resort accommodated our group's needs - it truly felt like a home away from home. Another highlight was when we requested to have a few drinks, and the staff kindly opened the bar for us - it was such a thoughtful gesture! I love Belurana and can't wait to go back!

The rooms are not cleaned up to standard and the room I got the it was dark,dirty carpets were full of dust, too much dark wood decor, the shower was dirty, I had a cold shower in the morning,
