Belvedere Hotel All inclusive

Great experience and 5* hotel. We stayed for 2 weeks. Hotel is very well managed, great animation and just a few minutes walk from one of the cleanest beaches of Europe in 2025 according to the European Environment Agency. A must visit!

We are spending the last days of a beautiful holiday at the hotel. The room is spacious, and the beds are comfortable. Everything works as it should. The food is, as our daughters said, "excellent, the best." I have a strict diet for health reasons, which makes things a bit harder — only boiled veal or chicken, rice or potatoes. I'm not complaining, though. The entertainment is also great. The animators are wonderful. The pool is clean. Everyone is kind and helpful.Today my daughter and I went for a massage. We really enjoyed it — almost 50 minutes each. Antoan is great and very skilled. The only thing that really bothered us was the light coming into the room from the hallway. One entire wall of the room is made of frosted glass. You're lying there in a dark room, enjoying the massage with your eyes closed, and every now and then, the light in the hallway turns on and a sharp beam shines through, dazzling you. It's distracting and annoying — it even makes you jump at times :-). Please do something about it – blinds, a curtain... During a massage that I am paying for, I don’t want to be disturbed by flashing, annoying light. That said, we are absolutely satisfied guests and would be happy to come back. Thank you!

A true gem in Primorsko – Gets better every year! We’ve been returning to Belvedere Hotel Primorsko year after year, and each time it only gets better! This place has truly become our favourite summer escape. The food is absolutely incredible – always fresh, flavourful, and varied. I still can’t find tomatoes and watermelon in Sofia that taste as good as the ones here! The selection is massive, featuring everything from traditional Bulgarian dishes to an Asian corner and live cooking shows. There’s a different kind of fish served at every meal, which is such a nice touch. The desserts are so tasty – the carrot cake, the mini baklavas, and the chia-mango dessert are simply amazing. Also, the pancakes and pizza at the snack bar – so delicious! The staff are outstanding – always kind, professional, and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. A big shoutout to Denis from the desserts corner, Mariya and Joro from the animation team who keep the energy high and the kids (and adults) entertained, the bartenders who remember every guest and create a unique connection with each, and the front desk manager who greets us personally every year. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable – every corner is spotless, and it’s clear that hygiene is a top priority. Rooms are spacious, modern, and bright. The kids’ entertainment is fantastic – from creative workshops and sports activities to evening shows and dances. We also love that sun loungers are available on the beach, which adds even more comfort to the experience. I also had a massage – Antoan is super nice and incredibly skilled, and I walked out as a new person. I work in HR, so I know how much the tone is set from the top — and it really shows here. Hats off to the General Manager. Somehow, it gets better every year — which is seriously impressive. We can’t wait to return again next year. Highly recommended!
