Full recommended, Its the best place to go, great ammenities, remarkable staff, full secure, with access to Plaza Mayor Center and Park, Walkable to good planes, amazing coffee and breakfast. And my special thanks to Natali in the counter, she is a superhero!!! awesome girl!!
This hotel is horrible, the day me and my family arrived there wasn't even blankets on the bed. The breakfast was outright horrible the eggs were just nasty,The bacon wasn't even cooked And the pancakes did not look like pancakes.Speaking of the room my grandma struggled to sleep on her bed which was the hard one in the kitchen. We stayed for 7 whole days and they surved eggs every single day. My grandma also struggled because of the small bathroom. My mom asked for a better room to stay in and the people working downstairs made excuses. My mom payed so much to stay in this hotel so me and my family could have a great time on vacation in Colombia just for the service to be horrible and have nasty breakfast they also they had bugs in the rooms and Stuff is easily broken and not secure. Overall I would not recommend this hotel. The service had no satisfication.
Do not stay at this hotel. Breakfast and amenities were very poor, staff were rude. Got charged for ‘damage’ to 8 towels, when I only used 6 during the entirety of my stay. The damage in question was makeup that ‘could only be removed with stronger detergent’. Having never had this issue before, I am concerned at the level of cleanliness if their first method of cleaning cannot remove minimal marks of water-based makeup. The way they dealt with this was very poor - rude communication, refusing to talk to me about it in private and only meeting me in the ground floor cafe where customers are sitting and eating, telling me there was 8 towels damaged but only sending me photos of / showing me 5 ‘damaged’ towels. They are scammers - eventually checked out early which I have never done before just because I was made to feel so uncomfortable. Photo below is one of the ‘stains’ in question
