The booking process was smooth and stress-free, with Jet2 staff providing excellent guidance and support every step of the way. Even small details were handled with care, setting the tone for what would be a relaxing and memorable holiday. From the airport transfer, it was clear that Jet2 had partnered with quality local services. Our coach driver, Antonio, was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel instantly at ease. His friendly nature and helpfulness gave us confidence that we were in safe hands, and that sense of reassurance continued throughout our stay. Set on an elevated position, it offers sweeping views of both the pool and the sea – a stunning backdrop that only enhanced the experience. For our family of three, the room was spacious, comfortable, and well-suited to our needs, with fresh towels and well-made beds provided daily thanks to the hard-working housekeeping team led by Milena. The level of cleanliness across the entire hotel was exceptional, demonstrating the dedication of staff who clearly take pride in their work. Dining and service The dining experience was a true highlight. The restaurant offered excellent, varied food choices that catered to different tastes and preferences. What stood out even more was the attentiveness of the restaurant staff. One particular young waiter, Manuel, seemed to go above and beyond, greeting us at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and making us feel as though we had our very own personal service. His friendly and professional manner made dining feel even more special. At the bar, Monica made a lasting impression. Her warmth, understanding of our preferences, and genuine friendliness added a personal touch to the holiday. On the morning we left, her heartfelt goodbye perfectly summed up the care and effort the staff put into making guests feel valued. Atmosphere and overall experience Throughout the hotel, the atmosphere was relaxed, welcoming, and family-friendly. The reception team greeted us warmly and were always available to assist, ensuring we felt supported throughout our stay. It was evident that the hotel is well-managed, with staff across all departments working seamlessly to create a safe, enjoyable, and memorable environment for guests. Would we return? Without hesitation – yes. We are just back from an amazing stay here. The staff go above and beyond in helping you out and always have a smile. The food was amazing, and plenty of options to choose from. We had a 2 bedroom apartment this year and it was massive and cleaned everyday. Definitely recommend a holiday here, you will not be disappointed.

Our family stayed for a week in April. Very good facilities for families/kids and friendly staff. Nice having the heated indoor pool when chillier earlier in the year. Decent size family room with separate bedroom from the living room which kids slept on sofa bed. Kitchenette was bonus for preparing quick meals. Supermarket 10min walk away. Excellent selection at breakfast buffet. We only ate at restaurant once as we heard food is much the same everyday. Hotel is at top of a short but steep hill but there is a rear gate through the garden with much more gradual hill.
