Amazing experience, the staff is very friendly and calm, the place is gorgeous with view of the temple, next time I go to Aswan I’ll come back for sure. Important! Make sure you take the tours the hotel offer, even the taxi to the airport!!! They are very professional and will save you a lot of headaches.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, which boasts stunning aesthetics and a picturesque setting. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a lack of attentiveness and care from the staff. While the property itself is beautiful, it seems that the focus of the management leans heavily towards profit rather than guest satisfaction. During our stay, we encountered an issue with not having our marriage certificate properly attested by the Egyptian authorities. Understandably, there are policies in place; however, the response we received felt dismissive. Rather than working with us to find a solution, we were abruptly informed that we would need to book another room to continue our stay, despite being non-residents. This lack of empathy and willingness to assist made the experience less enjoyable, particularly considering the cost of accommodation. I believe that with a greater emphasis on customer service and understanding, this hotel could elevate its reputation significantly. It is truly a shame, as I had high expectations for our stay. While I am grateful for the beautiful surroundings, the treatment we received left much to be desired. I hope that the management will consider prioritizing guest relations in the future to enhance the overall experience for visitors.

We stayed here January 2024. We booked a Nile view room which had no view at all. The hot tub had to be turned on to warm up but never managed to get to a warm enough temperature. Beautiful hotel but it stops there. Not worth the price.
