Bendecir Hotel & Spa

The hotel is in such a great spot! It's just a quick stroll to the lake, and there are plenty of wonderful places nearby, like cozy cafes, convenience stores, tasty restaurants, and even some fantastic cocktail bars. Plus, the breakfast buffet is awesome – it’s available from 6 AM to 9:30 AM and features yummy dishes like noodles, rice, chicken pho, and beef. The room is nice and clean, and it has everything you need, including hot and cold water – I really can’t complain! One thing I loved was the pillow; it’s super soft, which made it so easy to get a good night's sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable.

The hotel is very convenient to walking street and room 605 is good as it is quiet and big for family of 4. I have also stayed in 706 during my last night in Hanoi, but I preferred the previous room. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Hoa and Taylor are approachable and friendly. I forget to ask for the other female staff wearing a spec. I would not say is a 4 star hotels but the overall is good. Breakfast is about the same everyday and the dining area is pretty small which can only hold up to 30 pax. Drinking area at level 14 is nice if the weather is cool and not hazy.
